What are some of the best things about your team?
Working in the India office, unfortunately, you have to work with a self-declared intellectual who is heading India office. That becomes the biggest pain point. Hiring/Firing is the gossip of Autogrid both India and Redwood. Decision-makers are hired in the US only

yes they should leave company

Hire HR and understand there importance. It's a startup with technology-enabled product. It's not a road contract work.
