What do you like best about the leadership team?
Everyone is very friendly and ready to work!
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Managers lacking leadership qualities. No standard roles are assigned to the leads. Un-clear instructions.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
insurance and bonus is competitive
All of it! No issues whatsoever happy to have a 401K plan.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I was a victim of abuses by management I should file a law suit on this industry. you will never grow in your career and learning curve in this industry is very low. very stressful work culture. very unsafe to work as they do not follow OSHA safety regulations at all.
The payment is not worth the work ethic I put in and they make it very difficult to move up the ladder.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Effidient and management involved regularly
My team members are good hearted they work hard.
Everyone is cooperative and helpful toward completing challenging tasks as a team
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
My co-workers are really hardworking and educated. But micromanaging reducing their productivity.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
the people become close colleagues
Different cultures learning about other people that i might not have come across before . We celebrate holidays with welcoming arms.
The connections I have made with my coworkers who are really friendly and helpful to work on tasks.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Micromanagement. Employee must treated fairly. Fairly paid. Need to work on providing clear instructions.

That everything was very hands-on and I got started right away

Giving proper training and instructions.

The unlimited growth and potential . Its exciting to be apart of Automann.

Poor quality of a products. Warranty information not clear.
