What do you like best about the leadership team?
They have an Open door policy
Very good and excellent team
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Being leaders! They are currently stuck in the honeymoon phase of a government contract. It's ironic DES stamdards wouldn't come to practice by them. It's truly a karma cake Im so glad I don't share
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Fair pay, excellent health benefits, and great time off allowing work and family balance
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I need Better pay or a merit based something to earn more
Pay is less than market value
