Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Program
Avaap’s Diversity and Inclusion Program’s mission is to develop Avaap into a more diverse, equitable and inclusive workplace in regard to race, ethnicity, nationality, gender, religion, sexual orientation, age, disability, talent, ideas, and culture. To take little or no action is to accept the status quo and Avaap is passionately committed to starting and continuing conversations about racism, discrimination, bias, inequality and inadequate distribution of resources. Avaap will ensure that voices advocating for change are heard, treated fairly and with respect.

Avaap's Women in Leadership (WIL) program advances the professional and personal development of women at Avaap by raising awareness of our women leaders, improving leadership metrics of our female employees, and being the voice of the Avaap female as we strive to create more women leaders.
