Mr. Daniel R. O'Bryant, also known as Dan has been Executive Vice President of Business Development at Avery Dennison Corporation since May 2010. Mr. O'Bryant served as Executive Vice President - Finance of Avery Dennison Corp. since April 2005 and also its Chief Financial Officer since January 2001. Mr. O'Bryant served as Senior Vice President, finance of Avery Dennison Corporation from January 2001 to April 2005 and also served as Acting Principal Accounting Officer until March 1, 2007. He joined Avery Dennison in 1990 as Director of Capital Planning at Corporate headquarters in Pasadena and moved to Belgium where he served as Director of finance in the European Specialty Tape operation. In 1992, he relocated to the Netherlands when he served as Group Finance Director of the European pressure-sensitive materials business. He served as Vice President of Finance at Avery Dennison's European operations and was responsible for implementing a successful reorganization of all operations in the region to significantly improve productivity and reduce expenses. Mr. O'Bryant moved to the United States in 1995 and served as Vice President of Operations Planning at headquarters in Pasadena. He served as Vice President of Operations audit and business consulting. Mr. O' Bryant served as Vice President and General Manager of the business forms division at Fasson Roll North America in Painesville, Ohio from1997 to 1999. He served as Vice President and General Manager of the product identification division of Fasson Roll North America from 1999 to 2000. He served as Vice President and General Manager of the Fasson Roll North America operation from March 2000 to 2001. He served in several financial, manufacturing and marketing management positions with Baker Hughes in Los Angeles and Houston. Mr. O'Bryant holds an M.B.A degree from University of Southern California and a B.S degree in management science from California State Polytechnic University, Pomona.
