Executive Bio

Ms. Louise Scott serves as Group Vice President of Research & Development and Chief Scientific Officer of Avon Products, Inc. Ms. Scott is heading Avon's Worldwide Research & Development team. In this role, she leads a world-class team of scientists, engineers and specialists. Ms. Scott joined Avon in September 2013 as Vice President for New Technology and Innovation. Prior to joining Avon, she worked for 25 years in Research & Development at Procter & Gamble. She has specialized in generating unique consumer and market insights, understanding new opportunities and creating winning innovation strategies. Ms. Scott has broad experience in fast-moving consumer goods product innovation, including luxury products, skincare, cosmetics, beauty devices and hair care and on all parts of the product life-cycle, from original concept through product development and manufacturing. Ms. Scott earned a PhD from Cambridge University in the UK.
