I don't even know who the manager and executives are. 30 minute wait for phone support only to not be able to understand her and she disconnected me. Chat support was better but he could not provide any assistance due to my problems being the constant change for the worse. Progress is good not this

Pay is competitive in the general market
Avon needs to pay to keep the good employess after so many have been laid off
The managers to be more involved in the working tasks of the people; to be provided with a job description (update it accoording to the current state), have a more transparent performance evaluation process
Need to do more using direct sales and the virus basically destroyed that concept.
I got 50% of my target bonus this year because the company didn't perform well. I was told that the merit increase 2-3% is great enough for someone who work really hard.
