I like the Avon U training among the leadership.

My manager is great but upper management doesn't care about people who is at below manager level. They need to know their direct reports (e.g., manager or senior manager) could perform well because of support from people below them.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

I don't even know who the manager and executives are. 30 minute wait for phone support only to not be able to understand her and she disconnected me. Chat support was better but he could not provide any assistance due to my problems being the constant change for the worse. Progress is good not this

Set up meetings in our local areas so we can resolve more of our problems face to face an get actions faster. We can't solve these problems at online conferences. It's not nearly as productive for either of us as employees nor as management.
