What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Customers never get their products because its akwTs out of stock

People think Avon products are for senior people. I think we need to work on brand images.

improve UX & simplify business model

I think i covered it all. Products constantly being changed/discontinued, inadequate customer support, website difficult to navigate, lost over 100 customer contacts because they do not use email, lost dozens of customers because their products were discontinued, representatives are quitting

My boss has ALWAYS made me look stupid during meetings. He acts like he's the president of the company.

Managers are not equipped to manage and the executive team is clueless about what happens. They should hire stronger managers, properly staff teams, and the executive team should have a better handle on what's going on within the organization.

Customers are not excited or happy with Avon anymore. The products have gone from good to sub-par.
