What do you like best about the leadership team?
The Avtex leadership team genuinely cares about the well being of Avtex employees. They continually do things to ensure that the employees have a good work and home life balance. At Avtex, we work hard, but we also play hard.

Extremely skilled team, and also very experienced.
My team is very open to communication and collaboration. They are a talented group and have a large skill set.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Very family friendly company, extended leave available for those who need it.
The managers try to shield their employees from upper management also the company does try have an employee council that does a good job of coming up with ideas for employees.
