Market competitive with pay for performance upside. Motivating. A lot is expected (within reason) and the incentives are great.

Being able to bring back positive results to the company and teams. Sharing success - demonstrating the value of everyone's effort in helping us achieve our mission.

Supportive, competitive culture. We work hard. We lend a helping hand and share openly paths to success. Everyone works hard at events and we even like each other.
What did you like most about the interview process?
Being able to meet founders and board members who shared their commitment and vision for the future as well as their expectations for my role. It was a privilege to see how well these luminaries cared about the people and the company.
