My experience had been exciting and scary all at the same time. I have met so many intelligent folks that makes you excited about the future. I also worry I will let them down as they have been so amazing to me. It's like the feeling of disappointing your family.

We are all supporting each other. We don't judge. We are a family. We don't always agree with one another, but we support and respect each other.
What did you like most about the interview process?
They were quick to respond to your emails and questions and give you all the information you need to make a decision. You get to meet all the team to see if you can see yourself being part of the team.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I have worked at companies in the past where your voice is said to be heard but never taken seriously. The awake executive team is different. They listen, they respect you and they explain why they liked your opinion or why it is far from being realistic. People at Awake care about you.
