What do you like best about the leadership team?
They go out of their way to constantly solicit feedback of the team at large.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
I'm paid very well in dollars, but the other benefits beyond that are amazing. Paid health, free gourmet lunches, happy hours, lots of fun events, paid time off to do volunteer work.
