too much work for not so much pay. I would feel better if they gave me a raise

Nice people to work with

Recruit experienced people that add value to your business. The salary bands are out of date and meed to be increased to reward staff
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Good holiday entitlement is the best part of working at AXA
Team building, improvement and growth
The people are kind to each other, there are a lot of respect

Company looked professional and people made the job sound amazing but most of it isnt true
