Stop emotional decision making, pay attention to their employees needs, listen.

Axalta leadership does not micro manage but also does not train or develop current employees.

Everything from salary to benefits
Company car probably is the best
401k match is decent compared to other places in the industry
Match up to 8% if the organization meets the company's target Bonus
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Profit sharing wouldnbe nice on top of 401k contritbution

Better benefits, being payed equal to a man, being payed fair market wage for a senior chemist, not being harassed about my personal time.
I believe the company has not caught up with pays commensurate with inflation and market around.
Identifying what roles current employees are working towards would be helpfull.
A reasonable assessment at the end of each year with meaningful goal setting.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We care about each other, we support each other, and we have fun together
We work with each other very well.
Team equality and and unity.
They are always willing to help even though they are also spread too thin
Good team spirit and supportive
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
They need to do their jobs they are overpayed for
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
My Boss he is great
I cannot think of any, probably becasue there isnt much of a "culture"
Our team cares about our customers.
Work culture is best thing of Axalta.
Everybody's willingness to help you.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Team involvment on decision making. We have plant senior management who havent a clue on how things are done.

There were multiple people from my team
timely response of HR Team.
The manager I worked with, was very pleasant to deal with. It was a good interview, the background check was pretty grueling.

Team work. Accountability of manager towards his team.
The culture. The company makes excellent products and has a good group of team members.
