Everything from salary to benefits
Company car probably is the best
401k match is decent compared to other places in the industry
Match up to 8% if the organization meets the company's target Bonus
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Better benefits, being payed equal to a man, being payed fair market wage for a senior chemist, not being harassed about my personal time.
I believe the company has not caught up with pays commensurate with inflation and market around.
Identifying what roles current employees are working towards would be helpfull.
A reasonable assessment at the end of each year with meaningful goal setting.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We care about each other, we support each other, and we have fun together

I cannot think of any, probably becasue there isnt much of a "culture"

It was laid back and low pressure
The manager I worked with, was very pleasant to deal with. It was a good interview, the background check was pretty grueling.
