It's a team centric culture where coworkers want to help each other out, not beat each other to the top.

Clear job description and it's clear the company knows what the roles are and what type of profile fits the role.
What makes you most happy at work?
When i'm effective at my job I help the people that I work with but also our clients solve their challenges. I feel like my effort matters.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Compensation package has a good base, but also pays for exceeding performance expectations quarterly. Nice to not wait all year for a bonus that may or may not come.
What are some of the best things about your team?
They hire good quality people and are willing to pay for experience and hard work. When people work here they tend to stay which is nice as there isn't a lot of turnover which is rare for tech
