Mr. Patrick Donovan serves as the Chief Financial Officer of Axway Inc. and its holding company Axway Software S.A. Mr. Donovan serves as a Vice President of Finance of iCrossing, Inc. He has over 12 years of experience in finance and accounting management. Prior to joining Axway in 2007, he has served several positions as a finance executive at different International Technology firms, leading all aspects of finance, accounting, legal as well as merger and acquisition activities. He started his career in public accounting as public company auditor for a large international public accounting firm. He joined iCrossing, Inc. in 2006 and manages its finance and accounting activities, which include financial reporting, audit and compliance activities. Before joining iCrossing, Mr. Donovan served in various finance and accounting management roles at public high-tech, transportation and service companies and worked for Arthur Andersen in the Audit division. He is Certified Public Accountant. Mr. Donovan has a M.B.A. in Finance from the University of Colorado and a B.S. in Accountancy from Arizona State University.
