Patrick Gouffran — Executive VP, Corporate Secretary & Investor Relations at Axway

Mr. Patrick Gouffran serves as Executive Vice President, Corporate Secretary & Investor Relations at Axway Software S.A. Mr. Gouffran serves as Executive Vice President and Corporate Secretary of Axway Inc. He oversees also investor relations for Axway and is responsible for maintaining a relationship with financial institutions that provide funding for applications. He oversees technical operations in relation to stock market status including liquidity contracts and share performance and is in charge of financial reporting. He served as Director of Financial Communications at Axway Software S.A. He has more than 20 years of experience with software companies, communications and marketing. He previously held management roles at IT services and software entities. He joined the Sopra Group in 1988 as Director of R&D for Human Resources solutions and then worked in the Sopra Group's Banking Software Development Department. He joined Axway in 2002 to manage its banking offering, played a critical role with the spin-off from Sopra Group in 2011 and served as its Corporate Secretary. He began his career at an IT consulting firm. Mr. Gouffran is a graduate of the ENSAE (Ecole Nationale de la Statistique et de l'Administration Economique).
