Mr. Royer has more than 15 years in an executive position within Axway managing enterprise software implementation and support. Mr. Royer oversees education, professional services, managed services, cloud delivery and customer support. Mr. Royer has successfully promoted a culture of absolute customer focus and success while at Axway. His experiences as a project director, overseeing project management and services operations have given him the key qualities to continuously serve Axway's clients. He was instrumental in the structuring and reorganizing of the support services offerings, leveraging local and offshore resources in a complete 'follow the sun' process. Mr. Royer holds a degree from the DEA of Artificial Intelligence in Paris.
