Control of all the karens that work there
New people with new ideas. These lifers that have worked nowhere else and are so indoctrinated need to go
Stop patting each other on the back and ignoring the other employees

Healthcare benefits are very competitive
Ability to make great commission and get a company car
The total package is well rounded.
Annual leave and compensation as well as flexibility working time

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I dont want more money.. working conditionz are just awful. I need a new job.
A simple pay rise to the real living wage
Perhaps we worst pain sales people in the industry.
More money and better benefits

It is a very structured environment.
Family oriented environment, nice overall company culture compared to publicly traded companies
we work together as one big family
Employees are very unhappy and leaving daily
