I've been at BCT for close to 3 years and every year I and my colleagues have been getting compensated fairly during appraisals. They even hand out bonues for exceptional performances.

Its a product based company but I feel there are a lot of automation, process improvement required to match the pace as its been 22 years since it started. A lot to do but fast before its late and do proper branding too for the world beyond Chennai to know we exist.
