What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Active listening; being responsive; putting theirselves in the shoes of one of their lowly (while they're still there) onsite team member.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Lease up commission transitioning to stabalized alongside many other things were never communicated to me. I allocated a certain amount for my living expenses and was screwed yet again thanks to literally no communication.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
There is no time allocated. They would rather have these weirdly fluffy town hall meeting where they act like they care and are going to do something. It's hilarious the texts that come through from people on other teams and their insights, commentary and blatant call-outs.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I honestly have seen each person who gave me hope who I looked up to walk out the door one by one. The employee retention even at high level positions is by far the worst I have ever seen. The burn through the great people and are stuck with a list of names you can't even put a face with.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?

What did you like most about the interview process?
Connection, and identifying deficiencies and coming up with a robust plan to film them and streamline the process. My regional was unable to meet me or allocate time to do a simple phone interview so I never had the opportunity to gain her insights.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Communication, integrity, adaptability. The standard operating procedures are so ridiculously out of date how do they expect anyone to take them remotely seriously.
