Lease up commission transitioning to stabalized alongside many other things were never communicated to me. I allocated a certain amount for my living expenses and was screwed yet again thanks to literally no communication.
There is no time allocated. They would rather have these weirdly fluffy town hall meeting where they act like they care and are going to do something. It's hilarious the texts that come through from people on other teams and their insights, commentary and blatant call-outs.

Communication, integrity, adaptability. The standard operating procedures are so ridiculously out of date how do they expect anyone to take them remotely seriously.
