I love that I can work from home with all the equipment as if I was in an office (They provided it). Even though my team is spread all around the world, it is like if we were just one next to the other.

It was good to meet some of the team I would be working with on the process but it took way too long
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Compensation is in USD and is good when you convert it to local currency but it could be way better. It is not even minimum wage in the US and you work as a contractor so you have to pay for everything
