we're growing really fast and we need to grow our staffing/recruiting workforce and speed up our processes to attend the high demand
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Sharing the rationale behind decision-making processes, zero micromanaging, open-minded people, close relationships with the employees, give autonomy and delegate without second-guessing people.

the recruiting professional who was responsible for my application was amazing!! she was open and honest, walked me through the next steps, aligned expectations fairly and she was very empathetic of my situation.

BairesDev has a stimulating environment composed of strong leadership, a fun and cooperative team, and, last but not least, amazing clients that engage us in conversations and situations that are challenging and propel our growth.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
we get good bonus 2x a year, a fair paid leave policy, the day to day gives us flexibility and a great part of the compensation to me is being able to travel abroad representing the company.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
cooperation and accountability are my favorites. first, because we get to count on our peers to solve problems. second, because we get the recognition of a job well done or the constructive feedback for a mistake.
