What does the leadership team need to get better at?Learning how to better treat the warehouse staff
What's going wrong and how can it be improved? My overall experience was terrible here. The top management made the worst hiring decisions and didn't have enough staff to take care of everything at any point in time. It led to stressful, exhausted, and frustrated employees who were looking for an excuse to quit!
