My team is diverse, and we work in a small office so there are many opportunities to work on new and different engagements.

Focus on self improvement instead of office politics, seek opportunities to add value, think of the team not self

Collaboration, Integrity, Passion and Stewardship
The environment is very positive. Management is approachable, and teams are diverse. There are programs to promote women in the workplace, and I have never seen sexism to be an issue here.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Less hours and better expectations
More genuine focus on people
More genuine focus on people relations, more developmental guides, alternative working styles

The hours, Clients, Expectations, busy season.
