We engage in extensive pro bono representation through organizations like the Center for Missing and Exploited Children, Kids in Need of Defense, Human Rights Initiative, and Bay Area Legal Aid.

Environmental Sustainability

Throughout the year, our offices are actively involved in the communities in which our people live and work. Additionally, every BAL office engages in our annual Service Day to support local charitable initiatives, providing thousands of hours of service each year.

Community Impact and Philanthropy

BAL is a regular and major contributor to many immigration-related organizations, including the American Immigration Council. Additionally, through our corporate matching program, we support many local and global needs through organizations such as the Red Cross.
