What do you like best about the leadership team?
The Balboa management team is never comfortable with the status quo - they invest in new tech to make our jobs easier, and to give our customers an easy and fast means of getting financing online.
forward thinking and nice, plus they are respectful of the staff

What is the best part about your compensation package?
It was pretty shitty. I got a 30% increase in pay ny simply getting a job woth another funding source
it's fair, and I make what I expect to make
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Being appreciated for all the hard work I do like staying overtime without getting overtime pay
What are some of the best things about your team?
They are really talented and never come in late, and they always do great work.

Not to sound cliche, but the company culture is really a team effort. Everyone works as one.
great people, awesome technology, really nice offices

Less drama and more putting our minds together to form solutions

Drinking my coffees in the morning while I wait for meetings
not being micromanaged, and knowing that managers appreciate my efforts, and tell me this every so often.
