Total package, they take care of their people
Comp is on the higher end for my role in LA. And they do a great job at recognizing hard work and promoting from within.
I love the flexible hours. All compensations are competitive vs any other startups if not better. But the one that takes the cake for me are the hours. Sure we do work long hours but it's about the trust we have that affords us the flexible hours.
Working with the team and knowing that we are a well funded start up with huge potential.
