What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership at Bambee is a fantastic blend of strategic and tactical minds. Each executive leader inspires me in a different way and I learn so much from their wisdom and guidance.
Approachable and good communication. They work hard and encourage their teams.
Transparent and open to taking creative ideas to make this product better.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Being honest, caring about employees, having a heart.
Really, really bad. No adults in the room, sadly.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Great premium rates for all health insurance.

Comp is on the higher end for my role in LA. And they do a great job at recognizing hard work and promoting from within.

What are some of the best things about your team?
Meetings are fun and realistic. We can be our authentic selves and give honest feedback.
My teams have always been comprised of authentic hard working creative individuals that want to provide for our customers.
Support and communication is constant.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We genuinely try to help each other to accomplish company goals
The people are amazing. You feel comfortable very quickly.
Diversity, hospitality, no weird walking on eggshells around certain people, lots of events and they feed us, work hard play hard
Everyone is willing to help regardless of who you are
You can feel the team's energy / the events are awesome. You can learn something new and have fun

What did you like most about the interview process?
I liked that I was able to speak with so many different people from across the company to get a good sense of who works here and start building relationship from day one.
the recruiting team was very friendly!
It was quick and simple, questions asked gave you a true insight of what your experience would be
how comfortable I felt throughout the process and meeting with people who were empathetic to my current situation and honest about the work I was expected to do.

Every day is different, and we are truly building something. At all levels of the company we are involved in the decision making and growth of the company, which feels very meaningful.
