Big ideas with unreasonable timelines without multiple dept input. Current leadership doesn't understand fundamental needs of other departments.
Managers need to treat their employees and customers better.
Not lying to me and doing there own job instead of me being told I have to do it for them

Minding they business on things that have nothing to do with work eric carrasquillo the General manager & he makes me feel uncomfortable. He to into people personal business and talk really loud in front of people instead of putting his employees to the side .

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Yes I was promised some help to get my pay higher
Not having to someone else's work for them. And having those days that were wrongfully counted against me removed
They should give each employee stock in the company.
They posted my same position for another store at 25k more than I make. Every annual raise is like 3% at the absolute maximum. Expectations constantly increase but no changes to pay.
Real benefits like healthcare or actual mental health services, anything like Starbucks.

Most of them are friendly and ready to help as a team.

Do there own work and finish there own work. Stop budding up against me to try and lie on me
Most of coworkers are doing nothing and just acking doing something, and when some hard working employees complain to managers , they do nothing and make the situation worse

I need mangers to stop saying cigarettes stink . Cause i smoke them i feel uncomfortable and wish people just focus on they job & not my personal life i dont even want to go back to work there at all
