I always witnessed an employee get mistreated by 2 managers. I seen 1 of my co workers cry today. And i dont feel comfortable working there anymore

The previous GM retired so i cant say much

There's nothing much to do if the managers dont like to communicate and have their favotism, in other words discriminate
