Mr. Will Fisackerly has been Senior Vice President and Director of Corporate Finance at BancorpSouth Bank since May 5, 2013. Mr. Fisackerly served as First Vice President and Director of Investor Relations - Corporate office Tupelo at BancorpSouth from July 2011 to May 5, 2013. He has spent much of his career with KPMG in Memphis, Tenn., as Associate, Senior Associate and Audit Manager, working primarily with regional and community banks. He is also a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Tennessee Society of Certified Public Accountants. Mr. Fisackerly holds both a Bachelor of Accountancy degree and a Master of Professional Accountancy from Mississippi State University in Starkville.
