Stop acting like it's only a numbers game. We are asked to constantly drive pets through as many as possible, lowering quality of care. Whenever we have to take longer for one pet, hours start getting cut, often to an illegal level (full time should not by law be below 30 hours per contract!)

I still work as a contract for Banfield and it means there are little opportunities to negotiate for better compensation.
First: free wellness plans only for dogs and cats, and those without get nothing in recompense, Second, stop using us as only numbers! Also why did the HSA go away in favor of "better health plan" when it's not really better is it? Also, why is training not just available for always, like refreshers

Stop the politics at MVH. In the past two years, the power dynamics and ignorance of Mars Culture has had negative impacts on Banfield's use of the culture for good.
Emphasis on meeting in person to build a relationship as part of the interview process. Made it feel more organic.
Questions were very position specific and required more than generalized answers. Interviewers were a good balance of friendly and professional, and I have more confidence in the team around me knowing that the interview process is thorough and objective.

Try learning about veterinary medicine so that relevant questions can be asked during the interview process to ensure experienced professionals are brought in to help patients. Not money hungry business degree holders who only think about numbers.

Again: pets and associates are nothing more than numbers. Suggestions frequently go ignored. There is no real flow. Petware is horrible and user unfriendly to the point of being user hostile.

it seems that the loudest voice is leading the way with little in the way of consideration of impact of their actions and decisions on hospital associates. it can be improved by slowing down and taking time to focus on changes that are truly beneficial for the long term
I would like to be a decent cost of living increase and raise. I want my HSA funds back. I would like to be able to get help from the help desk. I'd like to have surveys like this more often so that I feel like I can voice my opinion and that someone might care

We are being verbally and emotionally abused by customers on a daily basis. We are burnt out and are often not given recognition or support for what we do. Policies to prevent client abuse would be very beneficial to us all.
