What are some of the best things about your team?
All are friendly and supportive
We gel togather well and work asa team
They are panctual and well behaved
interaction with the team makes everybody aware of the new initiatives bank has undertaken from time to time.
They work extremely hard and are not afraid to voice their opinion.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Good ethics at work. Strong ethics
Its fairly orriented with well manned
we as a worker also like that our Bank's show must go on and staff will continue to get the boosts to run the show of family.
Everyone tries to encourage each other and we have a lot more fun in the workplace.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Better time management and work-life balance required in order to manage all the work in stipulated time period.
What did you like most about the interview process?
Interview with Team leader very difficult but nice
Language and charmingness plus welcomeness
Written Test for all the staff, no scope for experienced staff.
The variety of questions was refreshing.
