i am personaly thankful to my esteemed organization i.e. "Bank of Baroda". I received respect from society and got funds for my children's education. I always remember that today whatever my status in society, it is due to BOB. "Long live BOB".

Written Test for all the staff, no scope for experienced staff.

when the satisfied customer gives blessing and put his hand at our head.

interaction with the team makes everybody aware of the new initiatives bank has undertaken from time to time.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
we as a worker also like that our Bank's show must go on and staff will continue to get the boosts to run the show of family.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
from 1980 to today change is always welcome. Since, we have worked in rural and semi-urban areas, where the shortage of staff, other amenities like electricity, drinking water, conveyance, etc faced by us, the most important issue of leadership we like most " TIMELY DECISION MAKING".
