Promotion opportunities for people who did not join on the graduate scheme.
Complete removal of glass ceilings and a meritocratic system of promotions and career progression. Far too many people entered on the grad scheme.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
The whole HR pay and development system needs to be entirely revamped soon.
An incredibly unfair and inconsistent pay and promotion scheme destroys a huge number of people's morale.
The problems with glass ceilings hurts the enjoyment and commitment to all aspects of the job.
I think I've already covered it; the issues regarding promotions and glass ceilings leaches into all aspects of the job.
