Ms. Wyrick has been Vice President of Investor Relations of SoftNet Systems Inc., since July 31, 2000. She served as Corporate Secretary and Senior Vice President of Bank of Hawaii Corporation. She served with the BankAmerica Corp., for more than 15 years and also served as its Senior Vice President and Manager of Global Corporate and Investment Banking Public Relations. She served as Vice President of Investor Relations for a major brand name food company where she was responsible for the investor relations program following it's initial public offering. She is a tenured Member of the National Investor Relations Institute. Ms. Wyrick graduated from Seattle Pacific University with a degree in Accounting.
