Since we lost three people, including me the branch is considered short-staffed. However when I was still working, my manager disagreed. But most of the time we only had 2 tellers on the line, which is why it got busier. Please hire more tellers, even if they are seasonal.

Less favoritism when it comes to managment. Hiring leadership roles from the outside with people who are more experienced at management.
