What's going wrong and how can it be improved?Since we lost three people, including me the branch is considered short-staffed. However when I was still working, my manager disagreed. But most of the time we only had 2 tellers on the line, which is why it got busier. Please hire more tellers, even if they are seasonal.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?Giving employees more support when it comes to mental health. Not being scrooges when it comes to giving employees day off especially during the holidays.
