Giving employees more support when it comes to mental health. Not being scrooges when it comes to giving employees day off especially during the holidays.

Supporting employee's mental health, giving employees a chance to defend themselves after customer had a "bad experience." Implementing better training sessions for new employees. Not being scrooges during the holidays when it comes to getting time off.

Workplace bullies are expected and part of the culture there

Paid too little for the workload we are expected to take on. Very little appreciation to workers. Alot of overworked emoloyees.

Compensation for my department is below market value.

Since we lost three people, including me the branch is considered short-staffed. However when I was still working, my manager disagreed. But most of the time we only had 2 tellers on the line, which is why it got busier. Please hire more tellers, even if they are seasonal.

Less favoritism when it comes to managment. Hiring leadership roles from the outside with people who are more experienced at management.

New management no favoritism would be good
