Supporting employee's mental health, giving employees a chance to defend themselves after customer had a "bad experience." Implementing better training sessions for new employees. Not being scrooges during the holidays when it comes to getting time off.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Since I am no longer employed, and two other employees left I think the branch is understaffed but my manager disagrees. Even when i was still working, most of the time there were only two tellers which is why the branch has gotten busier. Please hire more tellers even if they are seasonal
