Mr. Enrique Julio Zorrilla Fullaondo serves as General Director Chief Executive Officer of Business Banking at Scotiabank Inverlat S.A., and also serves as its Vice Chairman. He is Executive Vice President and Country Head, Scotiabank Mexico at Bank of Nova Scotia in November 2017. Mr. Zorrilla Fullaondo serves as General Director and Executive Member of The Board of Directors at Grupo Financiero Scotiabank Inverlat, S.A. de C.V. He served as the Chief Executive Officer of Global Consumer Group and General Director at Banco Nacional de Mexico, S.A. (Banamex) for Citigroup Inc. He served as the General Director at Banamex. He served as Chief Operating Officer of Asia Pacific at Citigroup, Inc. He served as Head of Commercial Markets, Banamex for Citigroup Inc. since January 2005. He also served as Head of Retail, Mexico for Citigroup Inc. since September 15, 2005. Prior to joining Banamex in July 1982, he served two and a half years with PricewaterhouseCoopers as a Senior Consultant. Mr. Zorrilla Fullaondo joined Banamex in Mexico City as an Account Executive in Corporate Banking and since 1985, he served as its Assistant Vice President. In 1988, he opened a new office for the Corporate Banking in Monterrey and since 1991, Mr. Zorrilla Fullaondo served as Senior Vice President of Banamex, responsible for the Corporate and Middle Markets in the North Division. From 1993 to 1996, he served as Executive Vice President in Charge of the North Division at Banamex, including the Corporate, Middle Markets and Retail banking units. He moved back to Mexico City in mid-1996 to design and launch the commercial strategy for Afore Banamex (the pension funds company) and served as its Corporate Director of Commercialization since November 1996. In 2001, after the official announcement of the integration of Citibank Mexico and Banamex, he was In Charge of coordinating the integration process of the retail and the affluent customer segments. He serves as a Director of Scotiabank Inverlat S.A.de C.V, Scotia Inverlat Casa de Bolsa, S.A. de C. and Scotia Fondos, S.A. de C.V. He serves as a Director of Scotiabank Inverlat S.A. He serves as a Director of Seguros Banamex, Afore Banamex and Cr??dito Familiar. He has a B.A. from the Universidad Iberoamericana, a Certified Public Accounting degree from the Universidad Nacional Aut??noma de M??xico and an MBA from Northwestern University, Chicago.
