Mr. Eugene H. Walpole, IV is Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Bank of South Carolina Corporation (???Corporation???) and Bank of South Carolina (the ???Bank???). He also serves as an Administrator and Trustee of the Bank of South Carolina Employee Stock Ownership Plan and Trust. Prior to joining the Bank, he was a Senior Accountant with Elliott Davis, LLC. He is a Charleston native and a graduate of Porter-Gaud School, Presbyterian College, University of South Carolina, and South Carolina Bankers School. He holds the designations of Certified Public Accountant, Certified Financial Services Auditor, and Certification in Risk Management Assurance. He currently serves as a Board Member of the Lowcountry Land Trust and the Coastal Conservation Association of South Carolina.
