
This company asks to much for what the actual job description is
The customers in the time i was there i enjoyed the relationship i was able to build with them
Someone who can multitask this is not a job where you can scream at a coworker, who is doing at least 3 things, that they can and will only do one thing at a time. This was infront of customers as well.
They truley need to get someone in the upper management team who actually wants this bank to succeed. From my point it seems like the one who was in charge of my area didnt care to do the job as someone in charge of others.
