Support their branch managers so they arent required to work in a hostile and retaliative work environment.
Communication. Major changes are not communicated.
They truley need to get someone in the upper management team who actually wants this bank to succeed. From my point it seems like the one who was in charge of my area didnt care to do the job as someone in charge of others.
