BHG has great benefits and overall culture. Like any company it has areas of opportunity and growth. Pay scale is good. They really do try to train their managers to be Leaders vs Managers and hope to grow their teams in that way. Good flexibility with WFH!
The culture at this company is one like no other. There is always a sense of support and new initiatives that are targeted to benefit the employees!
