What do you like best about the leadership team?
Open to new ideas and highly supportive.
The communication and the fact that they are true leaders and work along you to constantly improve processes and keep everyone happy.
That they're open to feedback and keen on finding the solution to every problem asap.
Being extremely open-minded and ready to take negative feedback and turn it into something very constructive and innovative.

Having better benefits for the workers would result in less turnovers.
What are some of the best things about your team?
How supportive they are and how they always have some good advice, the fact that they were friendly and welcoming ever since day 1
They're always ready to offer support in case you have a question.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The communication and the efforts made to keep the team together and interact even though it's mostly a remote team
The people that are always helpful and open to new ideas, the posibility to work remote
we treat each other like colleagues

For a team that is spread across the world we worlk like a single unit. Communication is great and we always know what our goals and objectives are and we always celebrate together!

What did you like most about the interview process?
I could already feel the friendly environment. It was a casual interview and the interviewers made me feel comfortable during it.
It was a casual conversation, nothing too formal, or intimidating which inspired trust.
The answers to my questions that were detailed and helped me make an overview of what I will be doing
Everyone was very nice and fair.
The application form and the fact that it was more of a complex process. It showed me the level of professionalism the company has.

What makes you most happy at work?
That I get to think of new strategies and creative ways to approach a service. Also, seeing the strategies implemented are generating results is a pretty good feeling.
