He served at ThinkEquity LLC as Principal and Head of Equity Syndicate. He served as Vice President and Business Manager of J.P. Morgan Chase & Co. in its Equity Capital Markets -- Americas Group. He managed public equity offerings at Hambrecht & Quist before it was acquired by J.P. Morgan & Chase Co. Mr. Davey has Degrees in Business and Economics from Saint Mary's College and an M.B.A. from Thunderbird, The Garvin School of International Management.
